Obituary of Ms. Brenda Lacy

We, the Prestige Funeral Home Staff, respectfully announce the passing of Ms. Brenda Lacy. The family will not be receiving friends at this time. Please remember the Lacy Family in your prayers as they prepare to celebrate the Life and Legacy of Ms. Brenda Lacy. Her life story: Brenda Wells Lacy was born on March 5, 1959 in Florence, SC to Flora Davis Goodman Wells and Freddie Wells and departed this earthly life on August 18, 2023. Brenda was a caregiver for thirty plus years and really took pride in her job. She enjoyed every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. She loved movies and music. Brenda was a highly spiritual woman who believed in the highest God. She attended East Dillon Baptist church for a period of time and shortly after began to follow the teachings of the Hebrew Israelite which follows the teachings of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; 5 sisters; 1 brother; her son, Demetrius Wells and her daughter, Nichole Anne Wells. She leaves to cherish her greatest memories to 4 sons, Clement Wells, Nicholas Wells, Levie Wells, and Brandan Wells; 2 daughters, Erica Adams and Lauren “Nichole” Wells; twelve grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
