Obituary of Mr. Barry Ameer Dunham

Barry Ameer Dunham was born November 26, 1999, to Barry and Nikole Dunham in Dillon, SC. He departed this life on April 23, 2022, in Dillon, SC. He was a member of Millers Chapel AME Zion Church where he served on the Youth Choir and on Sunday mornings helped his Papa with Sunday School. Barry attended Dillon County public schools and graduated from Dillon High School in 2018. Barry was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Larry D. Dunham (Dillon, SC) and maternal grandfather, Robert Bowens (Brooklyn, NY). He leaves to cherish his memories his beloved family: parents, Barry and Nikole Dunham; his sisters, Alexis, Assata and Azariah all of Dillon, SC; paternal grandmother, Barbara Dunham of Dillon, SC; maternal grandmother, Tracy Bowens of Brooklyn, NY; his Godmother, Julia Hines of Dillon, SC; Special Sweethearts, Tyshia Hughes and Jayden and Ja’Ceon Ingram all of Dillon, SC; his Goddaughter, Malani McLaughlin, his “Second Mama” , Crystal Jackson and a host of relatives and friends.
