Obituary of Mr. William "Don" Wall

William "Don" Wall was born November 26, 1955 to the late Luther Wall and Gusella Thompson-Wall in Marion, SC. He was always a dedicated worker and did not mind helping others in their time of need. He was always willing to keep the crowd smiling and never went anywhere without a joke. William started having health problems in his early years and as the years passed, his health continued to decline. He went to his eternal home on September 22, 2022 at McLeod Hospice Home in Florence, SC. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Wall; sisters, Ruby Nell Rogers and Annie Wall-Pickens; his brother, Nathaniel Walls and his brother-in-law, John Willie Ford. William leaves his loving memories to his children, Chris Ford of Dillon, SC, Travis Wall of Florence, SC, Maurice Wall of Dillon, SC and Monica Carmichael of Lake View, SC; his siblings, Susan (Lenue) Hayes of Lake View, SC, Marie Gaddy of Nichols, SC, Garnet (Louise) Wall of Maryland, Angela Abraham of Lake View, SC and James Worley of Lake View, SC; his sister-in-laws, Sandra Wall of Lake View, SC, Joan Carmichael of Dillon, SC, Minnie Ford of Dillon, SC and Geraldine Ford of Lake View, SC; his brother-in-laws, Jimmy Rogers of New Haven, Connecticut, Larry (Georgia) Ford of Dillon, SC and David Ford of Lake View, SC; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grand child. His memories of laughter and prayer times will always be cherished by his special friend, Rachel Pernell.
