Obituary of Ms. Christine Bethea Wilson "Sue"

Ms. Christine B. Wilson was born to the late John and Flora Bell Bethea was born in Dillon County on November 25, 1953. She passed away peacefully on November 1, 2022, at her residence. She attended the public schools of Dillon, SC and worked at various textile facilities in the community. She was united in Holy wedlock to Luther Wilson. Christine (Sue) was a hardworking and compassionate woman, who loved everyone’s kids as her very own. She enjoyed spending time with her many nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents, John and Flora Bell Bethea; she was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Wilson and brother, James Murphy. Left to cherish fond memories are three sisters: Flora Page, Jerry Lee (Robert) Mclellan, of Dillon, SC and Mary Clarke of Charlotte, NC; one brother: William (Estelle) Bethea of Dillon, SC; one cousin Lawrence Bethea of the home; one special niece Betty (Chuckie) Williams of the home; six brother-in-laws and seven sister-in-laws of High Point, NC and one sister-in-law and brother-in-law of Latta, SC; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
